and I've contacted in-game service but they didn't do *** what a great service.
I'm tired of trying to login and I've had enough i hope you can learn from this stupid problem and improve further and not only getting money.

Absolutely useless and no help at all. Completely turned off me off the game all together and will definitely not be recommending any games to do with supercell

My account got hacked
My brawl stars account (i dont play other supercell games) got hacked but the hacker is not deleting my account but whenever i get a lot of gems or coins or blings, the hacker spend them all and i had 170 gems and i wanted to save them to buy my first legendary skin but then the hacker spend them all on coins then he upgraded brawlers i dont play. My e-mail of my account is emileferland928@***.com and my username is Némile i play on an iphone and the hacker is logging on an android/samsung (i forgot but ik its not an iphone). Please do something i am tired of this hacker because i cant even upgrade the brawlers i love playing because of that hacker so please do something i am begging

For account recovery
On 6 January 2025 my account got hacked (I don't know how .). Now I'm not able to login to my clash of clans account using my supercell id.
I contacted supercell on 6 January 2025 through in game support and o.t.t.o said we will assign an agent for your case but yesterday my conversation got closed without an agent reply. Please help me to recover my account it was my 6 six years of hard work.

Trouble retrieving old Clash of Clans account
I recently purchased a new phone and I had to log back into my Supercell ID. However, every time I try to send a verification code to my iCloud email (I'm pretty sure I used my iCloud email), I never receive any email from Supercell.
I tried to search for Supercell in all of my other email accounts and never found anything. I don't exactly remember what email I used for my Supercell account, and it took me a very long time to find my player tag. I don't think I'm in a clan in my old account. My player tag is: #LJ8UYLPRJ.
Village name: Chappo. Town hall: 11.
Builder hall: 8. Clan name: not sure.

After the update, I cannot open my account. Someone hacked my email; I have evidence that they changed my email and phone number on my account.
