I got supercell id but when I logged out to play without it I couldn't log back into my old account and I was in arena 16 and had a level 14 double star level Evo mortar.

I believed I've been hacked or someone has my account information
I have not played clash royale for about a week now, but when I got on my account today, my main account was permanently banned for harrassment of other players, I know I have had temporary bans in the past and due to this I have been staying in a single clan maintaining myself, I havent played on my account in a week and dont even know what I did to be banned, I have supported supercells games for 7 years now, and have spent so much money on my main account, please clash dont ban me for something I didnt do, please look into my account or show sympathy, permanently banning my account just deletes all my work and effort Ive put into the game, please clash

Terrible customer service
I have been trying to deal with your support chats for 2 days now. They do not read what was written.
Everytime they simply send an auto response email and then close the ticket.
This issue has been closed 5 times now and everytime I reopen it it gets closed again with a different cut and paste response that does not deal with my issue.
After the 5th time I left a message saying does anyone even read the messages I leave. Then then said that I was being offensive and will now ignore my messages.
What sort of customer service is that? Don't resolve anything, don't listen to the customer and just close the issue. Is their pay based solely on closure numbers.
After a 10 second look on the Internet this seems to be the normal reponse that most people get.
And if that's the case we are going have to get some puplic traction to have this resolved.
My issue I'm sure is one of the most common and simple to resolve. I have moved from ios to android. I want to transfer my account. My brawls stars does not have a supercell ID.
Surely there is a way to transfer without a supercell ID.
And even if there isn't I do have a supercell ID for clash royale can they not link it for me considering the issue is there is no option for me to to add brawlstars to a supercell ID myself in the game. If there was I would not have an issue.
